How the training takes place: 12 rounds of 3 minutes of work, with a minute of rest between each round. Focused a lot: on endurance, explosiveness and speed. The muscles most often used are: legs and glutes, and the trunk (abdominals, back).
The training is intense, the instructions are dictated quickly, it does not have too much time for stops (as a professional fight takes place).
