The ELDOA method (Longitudinal Stretching with Osteoarticular Decoaptation) was invented over 35 years ago by Guy Voyer D.O., an internationally renowned osteopath.
It consists of revolutionary postural exercises to be done indoors or at home, the main objective of which is to increase the space in a chosen joint. As space is "created", there is an improvement in joint mechanics, an increase in blood flow, an reduction in pressure on the discs, a reduction in pain, disc rehydration, better muscle tone, improved posture and increased sense of well-being.
